01 Which service information should I read?

For repairs and upkeep around a property, see our general maintenance information. For leaking fixtures, drainage or pipework, see our plumbing service information. If you are unsure which service fits, describe the problem when you contact us.

02 What should I include in a quote enquiry?

Include the suburb or property location, what needs attention, when you first noticed the issue and whether it affects one area or several. Clear photos, relevant measurements and details of access or preferred times help explain the work. Use the contact page to send your enquiry.

03 What are your normal contact hours?

Our normal hours are Monday to Saturday, 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. Include your preferred contact time and any property access arrangements in your enquiry. The work required and appointment arrangements can then be discussed with you.

04 How can I contact Mel One Maintenance?

Call 0482 422 607, email melone.maintenance@gmail.com, or use our contact form. Briefly explain the problem and provide the property location so we can discuss the relevant service with you.

05 What if I do not see a form confirmation?

If no confirmation appears, or you are unsure whether your message was sent, call 0482 422 607 before sending the same enquiry again. You can also email melone.maintenance@gmail.com. An unclear submission result does not confirm that your message reached us.
