Should I mention an existing leak in an installation enquiry?
Yes. Mention any leak you have noticed alongside the planned installation. We assess the existing problem and proposed connections and explain their separate repair or installation scope.
Can the work be confirmed from product details alone?
We check the product requirements together with the existing supply, pipework and access. We explain any further inspection needed and confirm the scope and price before installation is agreed.
